1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Azan AI ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use azanai.cloud and its tools (the "Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name and email address when you sign up, files and content you upload or generate while using our tools, usage data such as tool run history and credit consumption, basic device and browser information, support messages you send to us, and payment-related data handled by Paddle as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record rather than stored directly by us.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, process tool requests, maintain accounts and credit balances, authenticate users, communicate about accounts, transactions, support requests, and product updates, monitor platform health, prevent abuse, protect the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing and Uploaded Files

Files and prompts you upload are processed only to deliver the tool output you request, which may include sending content to AI model providers or infrastructure providers that help operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files, do not sell your files or generated content, and do not use your uploaded files to train our own AI models. Uploaded files and outputs may be retained for a limited period to provide downloads, history, support, abuse prevention, and service reliability, then deleted or anonymized according to our retention practices.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Service, including Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, Vercel for application hosting, AI model providers for requested AI processing, storage and analytics providers for service operations, and Paddle for payment processing, billing, taxes, invoicing, and payment-related customer support. These providers process data according to their own privacy and security commitments and only as needed to support the Service.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand aggregate usage, measure product performance, and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect account or tool functionality.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain account, usage, billing reference, and operational data for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain accurate records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your Rights and Contact

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to processing of, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights or ask questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at support@azanai.cloud. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
